EXPERIENCE
My core experience comes from the retail and wholesale sectors. I have spent more than 25 years either working as a retailer or as a supplier to retailers with management experience gained in Senior Executive, General Management and Chief Executive roles, with such companies as Myer, Cadbury Schweppes, Pioneer Electronics, Schindler Lifts and Retravision.

I have led teams in the re-vitalizing a change-averse businesses impacted by declining sales and margins, with legacy technologies unable to meet the demands of a modern business, various organisation change programs including, design and selection of new point of sale systems, category management, store site selection, design & layout, marketing programs, process re-engineering, board strategy development, appraisal & remuneration system, set-up of nation merchandising team and the negotiation of the acquisition and turnaround of new businesses.

Assoc Dip Retail Management; AInstIB; AFAIM, MAICD, MAMI Professional development included Strategic Management (AGSM), Directors Essentials (AICD), Emotional Intelligence Coaching Program (Hays) and numerous Strategic & Change Management programs.
