EXPERIENCE
I have a rich business background with over 30 years experience in many industries from agriculture, soft drinks, finance, telecommunications, and manufacturing, all in senior executive positions. I have held strategic management roles for Telstra and marketing roles with ICI, Pepsi International, and Monsanto agricultural products involving significant change projects with diverse stakeholders.
Implementing projects across each new industry sector has required me to quickly develop an understanding of the strategic issues, create solutions and deliver change.
While General Manager for Pracom’s service delivery group and Strategy Manager for Telstra’s Government and Business customers, I was required to provide significant business analysis and process re-engineering requirements, along with financial quantification and business case preparation for many different projects.
Over the past eight years, I have been involved with delivering the benefits of IT and process change projects to businesses in different industries through my own consultancy practice.
BUSINESS QUALIFICATIONS
Postgraduate, an MBA from Monash University,where I specialized in customer service parameters.
In 2008 I was accredited as an Associate of the Institute for Independent Business
