HOW I DO IT
A pragmatic people professional, I work with clients using a structured process to ensure that we have a shared understanding before I embark on collaboratively developing an action plan to solve problems and capitalise on opportunities. By adopting a phased approach to planning work I ensure that my clients are clear on what is involved every step of the way and provide multiple opportunities to review progress and adapt plans to a changing environment.

This process leads to the implementation of successful and sustainable business solutions, which enables my clients to build a competitive edge with regard to people, service and operating excellence.

EXPERIENCE
I have held senior management roles in blue chip Australian and multinational corporations in various industries (financial services, banking, professional services, consulting). In addition I have served as a Board member in NFP and private organisations as well as working closely with executive and Board teams on a regular basis.

My experience includes senior and operational roles across a range of functions and industries such as finance, learning, consulting, project management, inventory management, organisation development. Particular specialties are:
